I created Lamb Consulting to cultivate robust talent spaces that bring the lived experiences of educators, particularly Black educators, to the forefront. My work ensures that educators can thrive in school cultures and talent systems that honor their expertise.
Jessica (she/her/hers) began her career as an elementary teacher in the Mississippi Delta, where she became a Sue Lehman Excellence in Teaching Semi-Finalist and Teacher of the Year Finalist.
She continued teaching before transitioning as an instructional coach, curriculum reviewer, and Director of Talent Acquisition. Her talent consulting and leadership coaching has impacted thousands of educators and students across 8 states.
Jessica earned her B.A. in History and Spanish from The Ohio State University, and her M.S.Ed from the University of Kansas.
